CARVER CITY/LINCOLN GARDENS - People at MacDonald Training Center raised more than $200 by collecting aluminum cans from their lunch room. They used the money to buy school supplies for Roland Park Elementary, donating the supplies at an event Nov. 18. Participants were part of the Turning Point Club, a service and leadership movement organized by Brewster Technical Center for MacDonald Training Center, an organization that has served disabled adults in the Tampa Bay area since 1955.
