Residents of downtown, the Channel District and Ybor City share those amenities but represent a diverse cross-section of ages, jobs and backgrounds. One thing they have in common: They like to check out their neighborhoods on foot, bike or skateboard.
With the city's core communities enjoying booming growth, The Tampa Tribune asked some of the newcomers to share their thoughts on the transition to urban life. On Wednesday, we heard from business owners. Today, residents have their say.
