TAMPA - Something sweet around the corner is what four local candy shops have in common.
Each has a style that the owners hope will cater to a variety of tastes this Valentine's Day. The mass sugar rush accounts for about 15 percent of their yearly business, they say.
We visited with a handful of the city's independent candy store owners in hopes of unwrapping their secrets.
