SOUTH TAMPA - When Madison Middle School data processor Carol Sims decided she wanted a Thomas Kinkade painting replicated in chalk on her office blackboard, advanced art student Christen Rosario was drawn to the task.
Rosario produced the artwork recently with help from Ivan Hopkins and Kimberly Spears, who also are eighth-graders.
