Youth Starts Church Recycling Project

SOUTH TAMPA - Chris Harris, 10, a member of Xtreme Youth Ministries at Palma Ceia United Methodist Church, launched a recycling project during the recent vacation Bible school. It's the second year in a row he has developed and managed a church-wide recycling project.
He is the son of Paul and Cathy Harris of Palma Ceia and will be attending Coleman Middle School in the fall.
