Lane Closures Expected With Manhole Project

TAMPA - Work is expected to begin next week on the second phase of the city's wastewater manhole rehabilitation project.

The approximately $400,000 project by J & H Waterstop Inc. will focus on 47 manhole interiors on South Dale Mabry Highway, Columbus Drive, Grady and Manhattan avenues, and 12th Street.

Lane closures are expected on:

Grady from Laurel to Spruce streets and from Palmetto Avenue to Columbus, beginning Tuesday and continuing through June 20.

12th from Seward to Sitka avenues, beginning June 20 and continuing through July 3.

Manhattan from Ballast Point Boulevard to Bay Avenue, beginning July 8 and continuing through July 25.

Work should be completed by November.
