Want to end the high school football season with a bang?

Show your spirit by voting for the best team helmet. Schools will go head to head in a survival-style contest where readers can pick their favorite.

Whether it's Plant or Robinson, Blake or Middleton, find your school and vote. At the end of five rounds, the last helmet standing will get bragging rights and recognition in the Dec. 17 editions of the South Tampa News & Tribune and Central Tampa News & Tribune.

To vote, visit www.southtampa.tbo.com or www.centraltampa.tbo.com and click on the High School Contest link. Once you register, you can come back and see where your team stands.

The deadlines are:

First round: 8 a.m. Monday to 5 p.m. Tuesday

Second round: 8 a.m. Nov. 27 to 5 p.m. Nov. 28

Third round: 8 a.m. Dec. 1 to 5 p.m. Dec. 2

Fourth round: 8 a.m. Dec. 4 to 5 p.m. Dec. 5

Fifth round: 8 a.m. Dec. 8 to 5 p.m. Dec. 9
