SOUTH TAMPA - Another Bartlett brother recently became an Eagle Scout.

Will Bartlett, of Troop 22 in South Tampa, was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout at a Court of Honor ceremony at Hyde Park United Methodist Church. His brother John, a sophomore at the University of Florida, achieved the rank of Eagle in February 2005. Their younger brother, Bryan, a fifth-grade Webelo with Pack 22, just moved up to Boy Scouts. Bryan's goal is to become an Eagle Scout like his brothers.

Will's Eagle Scout project involved increasing security measures at a local elementary school. A senior at Plant High, he is interested in studying chemical engineering at Auburn University or the University of Florida.

Troop 22 is sponsored by Hyde Park United Methodist Church and meets there on Mondays. Rich Garnek is the troop's Scoutmaster.
