Tabernacle reaches out for Easter

TAMPA - Tabernacle of Hope, 1711 W. Kennedy Blvd., hosted its annual Easter Community Celebration on Saturday, April 11.

The event was part of the Tabernacle's annual Easter Community Festival, in which volunteers cook a free meal for the community and provide activities for children. About 90 people attended with about 35 kids participating in the Easter egg hunt.

Gifts to the community were given away, including computers for needy families, and the food bank also was open.
