Field Of Honor Ceremony Conducted

TAMPA - The Veterans Council of Hillsborough County conducted the quarterly Field of Honor Ceremony on Jan. 10 at Veteran's Memorial Regional Park.
The purpose of the ceremony was to recognize the sacrifice of those members of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps who gave their all in the current War on Terrorism.
The names of those who died during the last three months were read, and a flag was planted in the Field of Honor in their remembrance. The ceremony was hosted by the Vietnam Veterans of America. The next ceremony is set for April 11.
