A concrete truck exiting Interstate 275 onto the Pinellas Bayway smashed into a guardrail there this afternoon, flipping over a wall and landing on the entrance ramp to the interstate, St. Petersburg fire officials say. Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded to a reported gas leak on the Tampa Electric property at 5103 Santa Fe Road near Denver Road early this morning.
