To keep Americans in their homes nationwide, the true value of homes and the result of the many taxes heaped upon property owners must be a revised undertaking in the very near future. They must be revised. The tax laws on property must be changed to favor ownership, not to discourage ownership. A big part of the housing problem comes from over-zealous public servants who wish to increase their own take home pay and not to the welfare of the public they serve. ...more
