Sunset Park Homeowners Association President Marlin Anderson, left, presented Coleman Middle School Principal Michael Hoskinson with a $300 check on May 26. The check was a donation from the homeowners' association to help defray expenses associated with grounds improvements at the school's track area, which the community uses when school is not in session.
